Grand Timbers – Largest Home in Copper, Ski-In/Out, 11BR

Everything was good. Small things that came up were taken care of. Home works great for our large numbers!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this home. I’ve been organizing this ski trip for 15 years, and this was one of the few times we were able to keep our entire group together in one house—which made a huge difference. In the past, we’ve had to split into multiple homes, which always creates challenges with meals, planning, and logistics. This home eliminated all of that. The location is truly ski-in/ski-out. I know this stretch of homes well, and it’s rare to find a property that combines both convenience and space like this one does. It made the experience seamless for everyone in our group—from beginners to experienced skiers. Another thing that really stood out—and something we’ve struggled with in other homes—was how well the house was stocked for a large group. There were plenty of appliances, plates, silverware, and everything we needed to comfortably accommodate the number of people advertised. Something else that seems small but made a huge difference is having a drink dispenser so we could make multiple pots of coffee and keep it warm for everyone. That alone was a game changer for a group our size! Any questions we had were answered immediately by Justin, which made the whole experience even better. It’s great to have someone looking after your group like that, especially when you’re only there for a short time and want everything to run smoothly. Overall, it was the perfect setup for our family, and we would absolutely stay here again.

Our group of 18 have been going to Copper Mountain for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. The house has plenty of room for a large group to spread out if they want but also an amazing great room for when we all wanted to be together. Justin and his team were quick to respond to any questions we had too. We will be back next year. Thanks so much!
